Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website (including "from" prices) are starting estimates for vehicles in good condition and are not a binding offer. Your final price depends on factors such as vehicle size and type, paint and surface condition, and the specific package you choose. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it with you directly. We may update pricing and packages at any time.
Booking, scheduling, and access
Because we are a mobile service, you agree to provide a safe, legal, and reasonably shaded location (such as a driveway or garage) with enough room for us to work. We will confirm appointment details with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible.
Warranties
Ceramic coatings and window films we install may carry warranties provided by their manufacturers (for example, the System X coating warranty and the film manufacturer's warranty), subject to the manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, and conditions. Those warranties are between you and the manufacturer; we will give you the applicable warranty information for your service.
We warrant that our installation work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except for that workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranties described above, services are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Results can vary depending on your vehicle's condition and how it is maintained after service.
Your responsibilities after service
To keep coatings and films performing as intended, you agree to follow the care and maintenance guidance we provide. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, harsh chemicals, automated car washes, neglect, or normal wear is not covered by our workmanship warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, ShineLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
