ShineLab is the work of Marc Castillo — a San Antonio native who turned a hobby of perfecting his own cars into the city's most-reviewed mobile detailing studio. Every job is performed by Marc or his hand-trained team. One car at a time. No corners.
Marc started ShineLab out of a single garage with one polisher, one bottle of System X, and a refusal to ever drop a car off at a tunnel wash again. Five years and 70+ five-star reviews later, the studio is still a mobile operation by design, because going to the customer means more time on the car, less time in traffic, and a finish that's never compromised by shop chaos.
He's System X certified, obsessive about paint thickness gauges. He's the only detailer in town who will measure your clear coat before touching it with a compound pad. If you're going to spend a thousand dollars on a coating, that's the kind of person you want holding the polisher.
