Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve continually.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a "Skip to content" link.
- Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Color contrast that meets AA contrast ratios for text.
- Form fields with associated labels and clearly marked required fields.
- Support for browser zoom and reflow, and respect for the "reduce motion" system setting.
- Clear page titles and a logical heading structure.
Known limitations
Some third-party content we embed — such as a Google reviews widget or maps — is not fully under our control and may not always meet the same standard. Where that happens, we provide the same information in an accessible way (for example, our phone number, address, and service area in plain text) and we work with these providers to improve.
